India Pale Ales can be intimidating. Our Intro IPA isn't too hop forward, and balanced it with caramel malt.
IPA II is hoppy, fruity, and juicy with notes of apricot and grapefruit.
IPA IV is dark and bitter, and finishes with a subtle and tangy dark fruit note.
We made this beer with our fantastic neighbours, Homestead Bakeshop. We built the brown off of their oatmeal raisin cookie, and the result is a malty and toasty brown with a touch of sweetness.

In September, we helped to harvest some of our friend’s hops - which he grows 10 minutes away from the brewery! To do his hops justice, we crafted the fresh hop fall wheat. Smooth and biscuity, with a dank and crushable hop note. 6%
