The cream ale is audaciously undecorated, clean and crushable. Available in cans.
Formerly known as IPA II, Toucans is a hoppy, fruity, and juicy West Coast IPA bursting with tropical hop notes. Available in cans.
A quintessential stout, Interstellar is rich and malty with notes of coffee and chocolate. Available in cans.
Say hello to our first Session Ale, 1907. Unlike most beer styles, sessions aren’t bound to certain flavours or ingredients, but rather by being really refreshing & extremely palatable with a low ABV.
With that in mind, we brewed 1907 to be your partner in crime for spring and summer patio sessions; it’s clean & crisp with a delicate, tropical hop note.
This week has been a little wild, so we’ve decided to add to the chaos with a new beer. Say hello to our latest (purple) blonde, Boomtown.
Boomtown is loaded with boysenberry, passionfruit, and peach making for an ultra fruity, unbelievably juicy, tropical & tangy, thirst quenching brew.
Unlike most beers, there is no barley in Gold Rush. The grain bill largely consists of oat and wheat to create a full bodied beer with a silky mouthfeel and a touch of tang.
We generously dry hopped this beer with some of our favourite hops, including Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and the golden one itself, El Dorado. This combination creates a tropical, zesty, juicy brew as flavours of white wine, gooseberry, lime, pineapple and pear come together with another IPA buzzword, Foggy London, for our juiciest IPA to date.
Jungle King is a golden, citrusy, dry hopped pale ale.
This beer has a biscuity and bready malt profile before sneaking up on you with complex hop notes of grapefruit, tangerine, stone fruit, and cedar.
Jungle King comes in just under 5%, which means you can have more than one before you’re roaring in the taproom.
Our third Community Tap is here! This time we’ve partnered up with our amazing friends at the http://southcountryfair.com" rel="noopener" target="_blank">South Country Fair.
For over thirty years, the South Country Fair has brought music into our lives by way of a three-day, camping-style, old-world outdoor folk music festival in July.
Last year, for the first time since 1987, the Fair was postponed. The safety of the musicians, volunteers, and attendees has continued to postpone the Fair for 2021, but we’ve decided to celebrate anyway.
Without further ado, we’d like to introduce you to the South County Summer.
The South Country Summer tastes like sunshine; it’s golden, bright, and downright dazzling. For this brew, we brought back our Summer Wheat and loaded it with fresh strawberry and mango puree. We also decided to mark the occasion with speciality Stronghold + South Country Fair mugs, which are available in the taproom.
As with all of our Community Taps, a portion of the sales will be donated back to the Community, and this time, directly to the Fair. We will also be donating a portion of the sales from the mugs (which we think will look pretty good at the Fair in 2022).
